Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and sauté in olive oil until cooked through.
- Boil salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic and chili powder until fragrant, then add dry white wine and simmer until reduced by half.
- Add the cooked chicken and spaghetti to the sauce, along with reserved pasta water.
- Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and butter until melted and well combined.
- Finish by stirring in grated parmesan and adjusting salt to taste.
- Serve garnished with more parmesan and chopped parsley.
