Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF and spray a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook the ground beef in a frying pan over medium-high heat until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Transfer the cooked beef to the casserole dish and add the remaining ingredients, except for the cheese. Mix well.
- Cover the casserole with tin foil and bake for 45 minutes at 375ºF.
- Remove the foil, mix the casserole, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 5 minutes uncovered.
- Let the casserole sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
