grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
The seasoning

Instructions
- Rinse the tomatoes under cold water, then drain and pat dry.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and add the olive oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and sauté until light brown.
- Add the tomatoes and cook them for 1-2 minutes without moving them.
- Toss and turn the tomatoes with a spatula to create char marks.
- Continue cooking for another minute.
- Add salt, chopped parsley, and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
- Serve immediately.
