Ingredients

The tomatoes

  • 1 lb grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes

The seasoning

  • tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • to taste lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Rinse the tomatoes under cold water, then drain and pat dry.
  2. Heat a skillet over high heat and add the olive oil.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and sauté until light brown.
  4. Add the tomatoes and cook them for 1-2 minutes without moving them.
  5. Toss and turn the tomatoes with a spatula to create char marks.
  6. Continue cooking for another minute.
  7. Add salt, chopped parsley, and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
  8. Serve immediately.
