Grilled Basil-Walnut Tomatoes Provencal

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Arrange the tomato halves cut side up on a plate.
- Mince the garlic and combine with the bread in a food processor to make crumbs.
- Add Parmesan, walnuts, pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon salt to the mixture and pulse while drizzling in 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Stir in the basil after removing the blade from the processor.
- Drizzle the tomatoes with 1 tablespoon of oil and sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon salt.
- Press the breadcrumb topping onto the tomatoes gently.
- Oil the grill and place the tomatoes cut side up on it.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes until the topping is golden and the tomatoes are tender.
