Egg White and Spinach Pizza

Instructions
- Whisk the egg whites in a small bowl.
- Heat an 8-inch sauté pan over medium heat and coat with cooking spray or oil.
- Pour the egg whites into the pan and gently pull the edges toward the center while letting uncooked egg roll to the edges.
- Season the eggs with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Once the eggs are mostly set, top with marinara sauce, cheese, and spinach.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another minute until the cheese melts.
- Slide the pizza out of the pan and enjoy.
