Banana Bars with Cream Cheese Icing

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan.
- Cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the sour cream (or yogurt), eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- Whisk the dry ingredients together and gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the mashed banana until just combined and spread the batter in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean, then cool completely.
- For the icing, whip together the cream cheese, butter, vanilla, almond extract, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Once the bars are cool, spread the icing on top and cut into bars.
