Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 cake pan.
- Whisk together the oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, nut butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until creamy, then beat in the mashed bananas.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
- Let the bars cool completely before spreading frosting on top.
- Add toppings as desired and slice into bars.
