Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a muffin tin with paper cups.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the oat bran, baking powder, and brown sugar.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk, mashed bananas, egg whites, and agave nectar.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and fold in the walnuts.
- Divide the batter into the muffin cups and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned and a knife comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
