Peanut Butter Chicken Wings

Ingredients

The marinade

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3–4 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2–3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp green onions
  • 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 unit lime
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

The chicken

  • 12 wings chicken wings

Instructions

  1. Chop the green onions and garlic, then mix with soy sauce, Sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and lime juice to create the marinade.
  2. Add peanut butter to the marinade and stir until smooth.
  3. Soak the chicken wings in the marinade for about an hour.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 350°F).
  5. Wrap the marinated wings in greased tin foil and grill for about 14 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Cook the wings directly on the grill for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from the grill, let cool for a few minutes, and serve.
