Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet to medium-high.
- Mix flour, peanut butter powder, tarragon, and garlic powder in a bag and set aside.
- Season chicken wings with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Fry the wings in hot oil for 8 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a pot, melt butter over low-medium heat, then add peanut butter powder, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the sauce for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then remove from heat.
- Toss the cooked wings in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Optionally, blend peanuts finely and sprinkle on top of the wings.
