Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

The cookie dough

mini chocolate chips
The chocolate coating
Instructions
- 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine all cookie dough ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
- 3. Mix until the texture resembles regular cookie dough.
- 4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- 5. Roll the dough into balls and place them on the lined baking sheet.
- 6. Freeze the baking sheet while melting the chocolate chips.
- 7. Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave.
- 8. Remove the cookie dough bites from the freezer and coat each in melted chocolate.
- 9. Return the coated bites to the baking sheet and freeze again to set the chocolate.
- 10. Once set, enjoy or store in an airtight container.
