Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spread flour on a baking sheet, then bake for 5 minutes and let it cool.
- 2. In a mixer, cream together the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt until fluffy.
- 3. Stir in the half and half and vanilla extract.
- 4. Add the cooled flour and mix until combined, adding more half and half if necessary.
- 5. Mix in the chocolate chips, reserving some for topping if desired.
- 6. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
- 7. Place the balls on parchment paper and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
