Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Combine flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
- Cream the butter and sugars together in a stand mixer until combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, then beat until smooth.
- Mix in the flour using a spatula until the dough is stiff.
- Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
