Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Add the vanilla, egg white, and water to the mixture and stir to combine.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes until cookies are done, then transfer to a cooling rack.
