The Whole30 Sesame Sauce

Instructions
- Prepare a bowl with whisked egg and another with arrowroot starch.
- Season chicken pieces with salt, coat them in egg, then toss in arrowroot starch.
- Blend coconut aminos, water, sesame oil, dates, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and arrowroot starch until smooth, then stir in sesame seeds.
- Heat oil in a skillet, add chicken, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Pour the sesame sauce over the chicken, bring to a boil, and cook until thickened.
- Serve topped with sesame seeds and green onions over cauliflower rice.
