Ingredients

  • 2-3 pieces bananas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 100C/200F.
  2. Slice the bananas into ΒΌ-inch thick slices and transfer them to a bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well.
  4. Dip each banana slice in the lemon juice mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
  5. Place the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 20 minutes, flip, and cook for a further 10-15 minutes.
  7. Let them dry out completely until crispy.
