Ingredients

The fritters

Instructions

  1. Prepare the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Slice the bananas into 1-inch rounds and set aside.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs, and one with a mixture of coconut, cinnamon, and sugar.
  4. Dip each banana slice into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat with the coconut mixture.
  5. Place the coated banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook at 375°F for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm, plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
