Instructions
- Prepare the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- Slice the bananas into 1-inch rounds and set aside.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs, and one with a mixture of coconut, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Dip each banana slice into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat with the coconut mixture.
- Place the coated banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375°F for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm, plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
