Low Fat Banana Fritters
Ingredients
The batter

very ripe bananas

tsp
vanilla extract

powdered sugar

For cooking

Instructions
- 1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- 2. Add sugar, eggs, flour, and vanilla to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- 3. Heat a large skillet over low flame.
- 4. Spray the skillet with Pam when hot.
- 5. Pour 1 tablespoon of batter for each fritter into the skillet.
- 6. Cook for 1-2 minutes on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
- 7. Set the cooked fritters aside in a dish and keep warm in the oven.
- 8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- 9. Serve 4 fritters on a plate, topped with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
