Instructions
- Cut the bananas into 1-inch pieces and set aside.
- Mix all the ingredients for the frying batter in a large bowl until smooth, then gently fold in the bananas.
- Heat oil in a small pot over high heat until hot, then drop the bananas into the oil and deep-fry in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fried bananas with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Repeat until all bananas are fried. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup or chocolate sauce.
