Ingredients

  • 1 unit Chiquita Banana, cut length-wise
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat coconut oil in a medium cast-iron skillet for 30 seconds.
  2. Place the banana cut side down in the hot oil.
  3. Cook on medium heat for 2.5 minutes on each side.
  4. Once flipped, lightly dust with brown sugar.
  5. Serve with oatmeal, desserts, or enjoy on their own.
