Instructions
- Peel and cut the bananas in half, then cut each half lengthwise.
- Combine the melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Toss the banana pieces in the sugar mixture to coat them evenly.
- Prepare the air fryer basket by lining it with aluminum foil and poking holes in it.
- Place the coated banana halves in a single layer in the basket and air fry at 375°F for 5 minutes.
- Flip the bananas and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until caramelized.
- Serve warm, optionally with ice cream.
