Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl and mix in the eggs.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drop the batter by heaping tablespoons into the skillet, forming fritters.
- Cook until lightly browned on each side, about 1-2 minutes per side.
- Serve warm.
