Instructions
- Cook bacon bits in a large pot over medium heat until crispy.
- Increase heat to medium-high and add ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Add cauliflower, chicken broth, almond milk, dried parsley, sea salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until cauliflower is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese and heavy cream until smooth and melted.
