Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot with salt and pepper, then drain the fat.
- Sauté onions in butter until translucent.
- Add chicken broth, cauliflower, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and dried mustard; stir and cover.
- Simmer for 15 minutes until cauliflower is soft.
- Uncover and add the cooked beef, heavy cream, cream cheese, and shredded cheese; stir well.
- For a thicker soup, mix xanthan gum with some soup in a bowl until smooth, then stir back into the pot.
