Mango Salad Dressing

Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by peeling and chopping the mango, or defrosting if using frozen mango.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary.
- Transfer to a serving container and dress the salad just before serving.
