Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Biscoff spread, brown sugar, egg, and baking soda, then mix well.
- 2. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- 3. Optional: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours to firm up the dough.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 5. Form 12 balls with the cookie dough and place them on the lined baking sheet.
- 6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
- 7. Let the cookies cool on the sheet completely.
