The sauce

Danish Creamery Butter, cut into 1 Tbsp pieces, divided

olive oil

minced garlic

low-sodium chicken broth

fresh lemon juice

chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Whisk together flour and seasonings in a small bowl.
- Spread the flour mixture over both sides of the cod fillets.
- Melt 1 Tbsp of butter and 1 Tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the cod until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side, then transfer to serving plates.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and melt the remaining butter in the same skillet.
- Sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 15 seconds.
- Remove from heat and stir in chicken broth and lemon juice, then pour the sauce over the cod.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
