Grilled Cod with Lemon and Butter

The Sauce

dried oregano (or 2 teaspoons fresh oregano leaves)

nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, aiming for about 400°F.
- Pat the cod dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter and stir in the lemon juice.
- If using foil packets, prepare them and brush the cod with the butter mixture.
- For the sauce, pulse cilantro and garlic in a food processor, then add lemon juice, olive oil, chili powder, oregano, and salt. Blend in yogurt until smooth.
- Oil the grill grates if not using foil, then grill the cod for 6 minutes on one side.
- Flip the cod and grill for an additional 6 to 7 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Serve the grilled cod with the sauce and fresh herbs.
