Instructions
- 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat at 375 degrees.
- 2. Place the fish on a piece of foil large enough to cover and seal it.
- 3. Rub both sides of the fish with olive oil and sprinkle the spices onto both sides, rubbing them in.
- 4. Seal the foil around the fish.
- 5. Place the fish on the grill.
- 6. Grill the fish for 8-12 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
