Instructions
- 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat at around 375 degrees.
- 2. Place the salmon on a piece of foil large enough to cover and seal it.
- 3. Rub both sides of the salmon with olive oil and sprinkle the spices on both sides, ensuring they penetrate the fish.
- 4. Seal the foil around the salmon.
- 5. Grill the salmon for 8 minutes, then unwrap the foil and grill uncovered for an additional 2-5 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
