Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F or heat the grill to medium.
- Line a large baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat and stir in the garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and mix in the white wine and lemon juice.
- Brush some of the butter mixture on the foil and place the salmon on top.
- Pour the remaining butter-garlic mixture over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the foil to create a sealed packet around the salmon.
- For oven cooking, bake for 14-15 minutes, then broil for 3-4 minutes until golden.
- For grilling, cook for 12-14 minutes, then open the foil and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley and green onions, and serve.
