Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, salt, and instant yeast in a large bowl.
- In a medium bowl, dissolve the honey in the lukewarm water, then add the eggs, oil, and vinegar.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a batter.
- Grease two 1-quart oven-safe bowls with softened butter.
- Divide the dough evenly between the bowls and smooth the surface with wet hands.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 to 45 minutes, or until it crowns the rims of the bowls.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F halfway through the rising time.
- Bake the dough for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 375°F and bake for an additional 17 to 20 minutes until golden.
- Remove from the oven and let the loaves cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
