Easy No-Knead Sourdough Peasant Bread

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add the warm water and sourdough starter, mixing until a shaggy dough forms.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise until doubled, about 1 to 1 ½ hours.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease a 9-inch pie plate or loaf pan.
- Scrape the dough into the prepared pan, shaping it roughly if possible.
- Let the dough rest uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 375°F and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
