Almost No-Knead Artisan Bread

Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.
- Add water and stir until a wet, sticky dough forms.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 12-16 hours.
- Flour a countertop and dump the dough onto it, adding more flour until it's manageable.
- Flatten the dough into a rectangle and fold it in thirds, then in half.
- Shape the dough into a disc or oblong loaf and place on parchment paper.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 30-40 minutes while preheating the oven to 450°F.
- Cut a design on top of the dough and brush with water.
- Carefully place the dough in a preheated cloche or Dutch oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and allow the bread to bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let the bread rest for at least an hour before cutting.
