Easy No Knead Overnight Artisan Bread

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm water and stir until blended; the dough will be shaggy and sticky.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for at least 12 hours, preferably 18.
- After resting, generously flour a work surface and place the dough on it.
- Gently fold the dough over itself a couple of times and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and place a covered pot inside to heat.
- Carefully remove the hot pot from the oven and transfer the dough (on parchment paper) into the pot.
- Cover with the lid and bake for 35-40 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
