No-Knead Artisan Bread

Instructions
- Warm the water to about 100ºF.
- Mix yeast and salt into the water in a large bowl or container.
- Add all the flour at once and mix until uniformly moist.
- Cover and let the mixture rise at room temperature for about 2 hours.
- Refrigerate the dough overnight for easier handling.
- On baking day, sprinkle flour on the dough and cut off a grapefruit-sized piece.
- Shape the dough into a ball and let it rest on a cornmeal-covered surface for about 40 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 450ºF and prepare a baking stone or pan.
- Dust the loaf with flour and make several slashes on top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until the crust is browned and firm.
