Garlic Olive Oil (optional)
Instructions
- Toast the bread.
- Mash the avocado with garlic and spread it on the toasted bread.
- Layer the bacon and onion slices on top of the avocado.
- Add greens, sliced tomato, and the hard-boiled egg on top.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil if desired.
