Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz. blue cheese crumbles
  • teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt and half of the blue cheese crumbles in a bowl.
  2. Mash the blue cheese into the yogurt with a fork until combined.
  3. Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, water, black pepper, and salt, then mix well.
  4. Stir in the remaining blue cheese crumbles and mix again.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
