Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt and half of the blue cheese crumbles in a bowl.
- Mash the blue cheese into the yogurt with a fork until combined.
- Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, water, black pepper, and salt, then mix well.
- Stir in the remaining blue cheese crumbles and mix again.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
