Beef Noodle Casserole

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Boil water with salt in a large pot, add the egg noodles, and cook according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, cook the ground beef and onion until browned, then drain the fat.
- Combine the cooked beef and onion with cheese, bell pepper, corn, tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic, salt, and the drained noodles.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is golden.
- Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
