Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, crushed red pepper, garlic, and parsley.
- Toss in the chickpeas and cover the bowl.
- Allow the salad to marinate for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Serve and enjoy!
