Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating well, and place them in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the tops with the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Top with toasted almonds and fruit, and serve with maple syrup if desired.
