Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Slice the cinnamon raisin bread into 1-inch squares and place them in the dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, then add almond milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg, whisking until combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread and ensure all pieces are submerged.
- Clean the sides with a wet paper towel, cover with tin foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Serve topped with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
