Easy Cinnamon French Toast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Cinnamon Bread
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 large egg whites
  • cups 2% milk
  • 1 cup Fat Free Half and Half
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the cinnamon bread into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Mix together the eggs, egg whites, milk, half and half, and vanilla.
  3. Spray a 3-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
  4. Toss the bread cubes in the dish and pour the egg mixture over them.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  7. Remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle sugar over the casserole.
  8. Bake the casserole in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, checking at 45 minutes for desired doneness.
  9. Serve with butter, syrup, or enjoy on its own.
