Chocolate Covered Apples

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dip the apple in hot water for 5-10 seconds and scrub to remove wax.
- Cut the apple into 8-10 wedges and pat dry.
- Dip each apple slice into peanut butter and place on the baking sheet.
- Chill the peanut butter-dipped apples in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips over low heat or in the microwave until fully melted.
- Dip each apple slice in the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Chill the chocolate-dipped apples in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the caramels with milk until drizzly.
- Drizzle the melted caramel over the chocolate-covered apples and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Chill for an additional 10-15 minutes before serving.
