Instructions
- Rinse and dry the apples, then insert a stick into each apple.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine caramels and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Melt the caramel mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each apple into the caramel, allowing excess to run off, and roll in toppings if desired.
- Place dipped apples on the prepared baking sheet and repeat with remaining apples.
- Reheat caramel as needed for dipping consistency.
- Allow the caramel to set in the fridge for about 30 minutes before slicing.
