The apples

  • 2 pieces Honeycrisp apples

The caramel

  • 1 block Peter’s Caramel

The chocolate

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

The skewers

  • 6 pieces medium-length wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Skewer the apples and dip them in caramel.
  2. Place the caramel-dipped apples in the fridge until the caramel is firm.
  3. Slice and core the apples.
  4. Skewer each apple slice and dip them in melted chocolate.
  5. Place the chocolate-dipped slices on a silicone mat or parchment paper to set.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt, sprinkles, toffee, or candies as desired.
