Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti until al dente and drain.
- In a skillet, brown the ground turkey with salt and pepper, then add onion and zucchini, cooking until softened.
- Stir in garlic and beef base, then add pasta sauce and seasonings, and reduce heat.
- In a bowl, beat eggs and mix with tomato sauce and Parmesan, then combine with hot spaghetti.
- Layer half of the spaghetti mixture in the baking dish, followed by cottage cheese and meat sauce, then sprinkle with Mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining Mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
