Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- 2. Break the spaghetti into 2-inch pieces and cook according to package directions, then drain and cool.
- 3. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites and egg until frothy, then stir in the milk, garlic powder, salt, oregano, and ⅓ of the mozzarella.
- 4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixture and stir until combined, then spread it evenly in the baking dish.
- 5. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- 6. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F, spread the spaghetti sauce over the pasta, and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and turkey pepperoni.
- 7. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is bubbly, about 30 minutes.
