Vegan French Silk Pie

Instructions
- Bake the pie crust and let it cool.
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, agar flakes, coconut sugar, and vanilla, and bring to a boil while whisking.
- Boil for 1 minute, stirring often to dissolve the agar.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped baking chocolate until melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the baked pie crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Once set, top with coconut whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
