Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic, capers, and lemon zest; sauté until cooked, avoiding burning the garlic.
- Stir in tomatoes, lemon juice, and sea salt until tomatoes blister.
- Add basil and stir to combine; set sauce aside.
- Season salmon with sea salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a skillet with oil and place parchment paper inside, dipping it in oil.
- Place salmon on parchment and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
- Plate salmon, top with tomato lemon sauce, serve, and enjoy!
